The prices above are for ordinary jobs with no special conditions.  If the cost of your project is different, you'll be given a complete explanation why.

 All prices are "labor only," and customers are expected to supply all materials.  Arrangements can be made for me to pick up materials at the store.

 When I work for you, I am strictly helping you with your project.  I am not a contractor, am not licensed or bonded, and carry only personal insurance on myself.  I don't ask for deposits or down payments.  You pay me upon satisfactory completion of the work.

 $50.00 travel cost will be added to all jobs under $200.00.  $35.00 will be charged for each trip to the store.
